The NY Times, the worthless crap which considers itself a newspaper, is raising prices because it is slowly going bankrupt.

The Times Is Raising Newspaper Prices
The New York Times Company will increase the newsstand and home-delivery prices for the newspaper next month, the company’s chief executive said at an investor conference yesterday.
The increases will produce an additional $7 million to $8 million in revenue this year and $14 million to $16 million a year after that, the chief executive, Janet L. Robinson, said at the conference, which was sponsored by the Newspaper Association of America.
What the dimwits at The Times don't realize is what any capitalist, or student of capitalism, understands: when people do not want a product at a certain price, raising the price does not bring more people to buy the product - it causes more people to reject the product.
So, here's for more people rejecting The New York Times.
