Barack Obama: Dipshit du Jour
Osama Barama Bananarama, the imbecilic and unintelligent US Senator who has done nothing in 2+ years in that body but seems to believe he should be elected President, made another remark this week that proves he should be a national joke, if only the media would get the shit out of their ears and report what he says and not that he is some telegenic black man.
In the wake of the utterly horrific murders of 32 innocent people at Virginia Tech in Virginia, Bananarama made the following comment, proving the old adage that when you have nothing good to say to just shut the fuck up:

So, according to Bananarama, Don Imus making racist statements and companies moving jobs to other countries to save money is the exact same thing as some insane nutjob gunning down 32 innocent people.
Here is the bottom line: Barack Obama is surely a naive, undisciplined, and immature little man. Someone needs to get him off the campaign trail for the US presidency, send him back to Illinois for some adult lessons, and tell him to shut his fucking mouth. Because he is a joke...and a bad one at that.

It's worth a listen, and it captures what moves a lot of people about Obama, and bothers others: His instinct for abstraction and large themes, and his sense that America's problems have at their root solutions that have as much to do with hope and process as with any specific course of action.
Other politicians would -- and will -- stay with the concrete. They'll talk about this tragedy, and, soon, gun control.
But while Obama mourns the slain students, he takes the massacre more as a theme than as a point of discussion.
"Maybe nothing could have been done to prevent it," he says toward the end.
So he moves quickly to the abstract: Violence, and the general place of violence in American life.
"There's also another kind of violence that we're going to have to think about. It's not necessarily the physical violence, but the violence that we perpetrate on each other in other ways," he said, and goes on to catalogue other forms of "violence."
There's the "verbal violence" of Imus.
There's "the violence of men and women who have worked all their lives and suddenly have the rug pulled out from under them because their job is moved to another country."
