It is time again for another installment of...THIS WEEK IN DOWNTRODDEN PARTY HISTORY!
On this date in 2003, Downies and their ilk either were quick to jump on the war bandwagon, telling America that it was "clear" that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, or, in the case of the loonier members of that party of nuts, warning American troops that they faced the potential of poison gas and other WMD thrown at us by Saddam, and that George W. Bush was "unprepared" for that.
Unfortunately for all of us, the news media in America fails to remember any of this. According to them, liberals have, like Osama Barama, always opposed the war, and knew that Iraq had no WMD.
Yeah, right.
