Leftwing Nutcase: "Republicans Really Won the 2006 Midterms"
Oh, how being a leftist allows you to speculate, to turn rumor into fact without any foundation, and to make shit up. And, incredibly, people with severe mental problems can become voices for the Left.
Here is one such nutcase: Lloyd Garver, a CBS "contributor," says that Republicans really won the elections in 2006.
Nancy Pelosi (D-Fruitpie) may differ with Mr. Garver.

Garver, in serious need of mental help, then goes on to list areas of policy which the Downies now need to address: Iraq, health care, etc.
Perhaps Mr. Garver needs to understand what being in power truly does mean. It is not like the last 12 years where Downies made faces and stood for nothing, Lloyd. It means that now they have to run things, as they have been asking to do. And if they fail, they get voted out. It's called "democracy," Lloyd. Look into it on your way to the nuthouse, willya?

Democrats stop celebrating, and Republicans, don't despair. I know the Democrats won the recent election on paper, but in the long run the Republicans just might be the big winners of Election 2006.
In fact, I think the Republicans set the whole thing up so the Democrats could fail over the next two years, which will bring about a big Republican presidential win in 2008.
What other explanation is there? I mean, do you think that Karl Rove and the rest of the Republican brain trust suddenly got stupid? I don't think so.
