Gerhard Schroeder, who made an utter fool of himself in office in opposing the war in Iraq, and ultimately got thrown out of office because he was a numbskull and bungled his nation's enemic economy, is at it again: now, he is endorsing Hillary Clinton for President in 2008.
If you think this comes from some comedic website, you would be wrong. This is too funny to be anything but real.
Hillary for Prez Says Ousted German Chancellor
JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, a fierce critic of the Bush administration, said Saturday that he's pulling for U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to win the White House.
"I'd be very pleased if Hillary Clinton would become the next American president," Schroeder said to applause from a largely Saudi audience at the Jeddah Economic Forum, which opened here Saturday. "But don't quote me too loud. I hope I'm not harming her by saying that."
Schroeder made the statement during a discussion of global women leaders at a gender-segregated theater where a plastic barrier separated women from men.
Clinton, a New York Democrat, is up for re-election this year and is considered a potential presidential candidate in 2008.
How proud could Dumb Gerhard be if he is wishing that no one hear of his "endorsement"?
We covered the story some weeks ago that John Kerry, speaking to an audience of fellow imbeciles, er, Downies, told them he will push for the impeachment of President Bush if the Downies take control of the Congress this November - and then cautioned the audience not to tell anyone what he had just said.
So, how come the left now says things and then wishes no one hears them? Could it be because the things they say are pathetic and sickening?
