The crooked government of Prime Minister Paul Martin of Canada has collapsed after a no-confidence vote was successful. New elections must be held.
Bye bye, scumbag.
Canada's Martin Ousted by Parliament Over Scandal, Forcing Vote
Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin was ousted by opposition parties over the misuse of government funds, becoming the first leader to be toppled by parliament since 1979.
Lawmakers in Ottawa voted 171-133 in favor of a motion calling for Martin to step down after a public inquiry found members of his Liberal Party received kickbacks in exchange for advertising contracts.
Polls by Ipsos Reid show no party has enough support to win a majority, meaning the election in January will probably lead to the first back-to-back minority governments since the 1960s. That may cripple the prime minister's ability to pass corporate tax cuts, open up regulated industries to foreign ownership or allow lenders such as Royal Bank of Canada to merge.
Maybe Canada can come up with just one leader who is not an anti-American and pro-Islamic terror lowlife. Just for once, ay?
