The LA Times Fires Marxist Anti-American Scumbag Robert Scheer
For anyone who reads the LA Times, the name Robert Scheer is one to remember. He is the thoroughly discredited Marxist scumbag whose lies are piled higher than a mound of Bill Clinton's condoms. Scheer's "editorials" (more properly to be labeled as "horseshit du jour") range from far left psychosis to far, far left delusion.
Now, the LA Times has fired Karl Marx Scheer. Wow.

How sad to see a man who hates capitalism have to now stand on an unemployment line. Then again, perhaps Howard "Duckie" Dean has some open space in the DNC press room.

Times Plans New Op-Ed Lineup
In a major shake-up of its editorial pages, the Los Angeles Times announced Thursday that it was discontinuing one of its most liberal columnists as well as its conservative editorial cartoonist.
Editorial Page Editor Andrés Martinez said that Robert Scheer, a Times reporter for 17 years before he began writing a column on the Op-Ed pages in 1993, will be dropped. Cartoonist Michael Ramirez, The Times' cartoonist since 1997, will leave the paper at the end of the year and will not be replaced.

Lying with intelligence
That's the newly declassified smoking-gun document, originally prepared by the Defense Intelligence Agency in February 2002 but ignored by President Bush. Its declassification this weekend blows another huge hole in Bush's claim that he was acting on the best intelligence available when he pitched the invasion of Iraq as a way to prevent an Al Qaeda terror attack using weapons of mass destruction.
