April 5, 2001: The Downie leadership in the US Congress, finding itself in control no where in Washington, D.C., votes to move to Burundi. House Minority Leader "Dick" Gephardt calls on 30 Republicans to change party affiliations so he can be Speaker of the House. Former President Bill Clinton attacks a woman on the street who he believes motioned to him to go to her hotel room and ravish her.
