"Scumbag" Ward Churchill: Free Speech is for Me, Not for Others

If you need to wonder why the American left has been so marginalized and put out of power in this country, one need look no further than the case of "Ward" Churchill, fake Indian, fake artist, fake everything, but a real hypocrite, real lowlife, real liar, real scumbag.

"Ward" now says - get ready for this logic - that while he has a 1st Amendment right to call the 9/11 victims "Little Eichmanns," others who celebrate (that's right - celebrate) Columbus Day DO NOT have a First Amendment right to say so because Columbus was a mass murderer and this infringes on his rights under the Ninth Amendment.

You heard right, folks - Churchill says that people who say things he disagrees with should be prohibited from saying them because he doesn't like them. Is this guy a bowl of laughs? And a college pays this psycho loon over $100,000 a year to dish out this shit to stupid kids.

Have we mentioned that Ward Churchill is a constitutional scholar? Yes, among the professor's achievements is discovery of a heretofore hidden meaning of the Ninth Amendment, which says "the enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

In his appearance last month at the University of Colorado's Glenn Miller Ballroom, Churchill was asked why Columbus Day paraders don't have a right to free speech. Churchill explained that the paraders' right conflicts with his "Ninth Amendment right," and added that international human rights and treaties are, under Article 6, "the supreme law of the land."

Further, he insisted to the doubtlessly mystified crowd, the "celebration of the conditions that I was describing as pertaining to native people as an outcome of the process initiated by Christopher Columbus, celebrating that guy in any respect at all is a celebration of those conditions. That's a denial of fundamental human dignity, that's a denial of my Ninth Amendment rights . . ."

It's precisely such sparkling clarity and logic that we've come to expect from Churchill, and no doubt why his evaluations at CU have been so extremely favorable.


Ouch. But the question remains: Why haven't the dummies at CU fired this assclown? And what ACLU moron too busy to defend child porn sellers will defend his lawsuit against the school?
